A motion to accept the March 16, 2016 minutes was made, seconded and

Nancy Pritchett, Will Oden and Melissa Collins indicated their inability to
attend this meeting and have been excused. Mike Hudson was attending the
CFMA meeting at the same time.
Chairman’s Report: Stuart Borrett
Dr. Borrett reminded the members to complete their entry on the Board Skills
spreadsheet.
The Advisory Board would be reconvening at 4:30 pm for the strategic
planning research presentation and facilitated board session with the
consultants.

Old Business/New Business:
A motion was made to adjourn the meeting. With unanimous consent, the meeting
ended at 4:20 pm.
The next meeting will be held on Wednesday, May 18, 2016 at 4:00 pm in the
Williston Auditorium at Cape Fear Museum.
