This project has been assigned DA # SAW-2008-3336. Please reference this number in all future correspondence.
This area has been verified in the field by me, but no tearsheet has been issued and the owner/applicant has not
submitted a survey for our signature to verify the exact location of the wetlands on the property. It also appears based on
the plan that a permit will be required from this office to construct this subdivision. We recommend that the applicant
contact this office to coordinate a pre-application meeting to discuss their proposal.
Other comments:
1. Not all the on site tributaries (ditches) are represented on the site plan
2. Recommend that no lots contain wetlands (lots 5-8, 10, 37)
3. Lot fill (lot 37) is going to be a tough sell for purpose and need
4. Will have to illustrate that stormwater ponds won't drain adjacent wetlands
5. Recommend directional boring all utilities running across wetlands
