Community Meeting Notice for Conditional
Rezonings and Conditional Use Rezonings
This is a notice for a community information meeting for an upcoming request by Bryan
Hamby, applicant, on behalf of Holdings of TCM, Inc., property owner, for a Conditional
Rezoning from B-2, to R-10 Conditional, for a 15 lot single family development.
The subject property is approximately 14 acres and is located at 125 Battleship Rd. and is
identified as PID R05300-001-002-000.
The purpose of the community information meeting is to explain the proposal and answer
questions from meeting attendees.
The meeting will be held at First Floor Conference Room, 221 N. Front St., Wilmington, NC
