NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the New Hanover County Zoning Board
of Adjustment will hold public hearings on Tuesday, February 28, 2017 at 5:30 p.m., at the New Hanover County Government Center, 230 Government Center Drive, Lucie Harrell Meeting Room,
Wilmington, North Carolina, to consider the following:
Case ZBA-912 – Ronel Austin, applicant, on behalf of Marie Thompson, property owner, is requesting variances to the yard setbacks
required in the R-20S zoning district per New Hanover County Zoning Ordinance Section 51.4, including a 5’ front yard variance, 10’ side yard variance, and 20’ rear yard variance. The
property is located at 7425 Mason Landing Road.

798-7118. These are quasi-judicial hearings, open to the public. Persons with standing may give evidence and sworn testimony.
