•FY15‐16 response rate strong overall (72%)

•Participation rates significantly lower overall with “Opt‐
in” vs historical “Opt‐out” participation
•1st and 3rd grade had similar response rates (77% and
75% respectively), but a big drop off in 6th grade (42%)

•Lower response rate overall (57%)
•Higher risk students (social determinants of health)

•15% overweight, 14% obese
