Item 2: Rezoning Request (Z17-04) – Request by Design Solutions on behalf of the property owner, Carolina Partner Group, LLC, in order to rezone 0.71 acres located at 6311 Carolina Beach Road from (CUD) B-1, Conditional Use Business District, to (CZD) B-1, Conditional Business District, in order to develop an automobile service station. Technical Review Committee Report (April) The Planning Board may consider substantial changes to petitions as a result of objections, debate, and discussion at the meeting, including rezoning to other classifications.
