Community Meeting Notice for Conditional Use Rezoning
This is a notice for a community information meeting for an upcoming request by
Coastal Land Design, PLLC on behalf of Corbett Package Co. for a Conditional Use
Rezoning from Industrial -2 to CUD (R-15) for Private Recreation/Community Boating
Facility.
The subject property is approximately 129.3 acres and is located near Brentwood
Drive/Palmetto Road and is identified as PID RO4100-001-002-000.
The purpose of the community information meeting is to explain the proposal and
answer questions from meeting attendees.
The meeting will be held at 221 N. Front St. - First Floor Conference Room and begin at
