TECHNICAL REVIEW COMMITTEE AGENDA
AUGUST 23, 2017
New Hanover County’s Technical Review Committee (TRC) will meet Wednesday, August 23, 2017 at 2:00
p.m. in Conference Room 119 (behind the Aquarium), in the New Hanover County Government Center, 230
Government Center Drive, Wilmington, NC to review the following projects:
St. George – 42 residential lots, 18.25 acres (8900 block Stephens Church Road, Kirkland
Community)
Pepper Hill – 28 residential lots, 11.28 acres (6000 block Myrtle Grove Road)
2:00 p.m. Item 1: St. George (Performance Plan) – Request by Paramount Engineering for Eston
Brinkley for TRC to consider preliminary site plan approval of a 42 lot division with a
private road network located near the 8900 block of Stephens Church Road, Kirkland
