RE: Notice to Interested Parties of Community Meeting – AAA Car Care Center
The purpose of this meeting is to cover the proposed modifications to the B-1
conditional zoning district for development of a AAA Car Care Center and Car Wash on land
located at 106 Oak Ridge Lane, Wilmington, North Carolina. An exhibit of the concept site plan
is attached.
The County requires that the developer hold a meeting for all property owners within
500 feet of the tract boundary, and any and all other interested parties. This provides
neighbors with an opportunity for explanation of the proposal and for questions to be
answered concerning project improvements, benefits and impacts.
A meeting will be held on Thursday, November 2, 2017, at Lutheran Church of
Reconciliation, 7500 Market Street, Wilmington, NC, 7:00-8:00 p.m. If you cannot attend, you
