The property is located at 145 Brookgreen Road. Case ZBA-920 – Suzanne King, applicant and property owner, is requesting variances to the front and rear yard requirements in an R-20 zoning district per Section 51.5-2 of the New Hanover County Zoning Ordinance. The property is located at 7411 Anaca Point Road. Any person requesting information regarding a case should contact the New Hanover County Planning and Land Use Department at (910) 798-7118. These are quasi-judicial hearings, open to the public. Persons with standing may give evidence and sworn testimony.
