NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS
Notice is hereby given that the New Hanover County Zoning Board of
Adjustment will hold public hearings on Tuesday, October 24, 2017 at 5:30 p.m., at the New Hanover County Government Center, 230 Government Center Drive, Lucie Harrell Meeting Room,
Wilmington, North Carolina, to consider the following:
Case ZBA-919 – Gary Dale Sutton, applicant and property owner, is requesting a variance to the side yard requirement in an RA
zoning district per Section 51.3-2 of the New Hanover County Zoning Ordinance. The property is located at 145 Brookgreen Road.
Case ZBA-920 – Suzanne King, applicant and property owner,
is requesting variances to the front and rear yard requirements in an R-20 zoning district per Section 51.5-2 of the New Hanover County Zoning Ordinance. The property is located at
7411 Anaca Point Road.
Any person requesting information regarding a case should contact the New Hanover County Planning and Land Use Department at (910) 798-7118. These are quasi-judicial
hearings, open to the public. Persons with standing may give evidence and sworn testimony.
