Brinkley, Jr. et al, to rezone 2.5 acres of land located at 106 Oak Ridge Lane from (CUD) B-1, Conditional Use Business District, to (CZD) B-1, Conditional Business District, in order to develop an automobile service station. Applicant intends to request a continuance in order to make revisions to the proposed site plan. Item 2: Rezoning Request (Z17-12) – Request by Design Solutions on behalf of the property owner, ACI Pine Ridge, LLC, to rezone 3.45 acres located at 168 & 178 Porters Neck Road from B-1, Business District, and B-2, Highway Business District, to (CZD) B-2, Conditional Highway Business District, in order to develop a hotel. The Planning Board may consider substantial changes to petitions as a result of objections, debate, and discussion at the meeting, including rezoning to other classifications.
