New Hanover County’s Technical Review Committee (TRC) will meet Wednesday, March 7, 2018 at 2:00
p.m. in Finance Conference Room 500, New Hanover County Government Center, 230 Government
Center Drive, Wilmington, NC to review the following site plans:
Windsor Pines – 82 residential lots, 32.76 acres
Dorsey Division – 8 residential lots, 3.96 acres (Discussion Item Only)
2:00 p.m. Item 1: Windsor Pines (Performance Plan) – Request by Design Solutions on behalf of
Southern Destiny, LLC for TRC to consider preliminary site plan approval of an 82 lot single
family neighborhood located within The Cape subdivision, southern portion of New Hanover
County.
