TECHNICAL REVIEW COMMITTEE AGENDA
MARCH 21, 2018
New Hanover County’s Technical Review Committee (TRC) will meet Wednesday, March 21, 2018 at
2:00 p.m. in the Lucie Harrell Conference Room (601) of the New Hanover County Government Center
located at 230 Government Center Drive, Wilmington, NC to review/discuss the following:
Riverside – 238 residential units, 95.15 acres (2500 block Castle Hayne Road)
Ervin’s Place (Concept) – 21 residential units, 6.15 acres (1600 block Rockhill Road)
2:00 p.m. Item 1: Riverside (Performance Re-approval) – Request by Parker & Associates, Inc. for
Clearly Development, Inc. for TRC to consider preliminary site plan re-approval of a 238
unit project located near the 2500 block of Castle Hayne Road behind the Wrightsboro
Shopping Center.
Riverside Project History
Project was originally approved by TRC in October, 2007 for 238 units
Project validity extended by TRC for one year in March, 2014 for 238 units
Project re-approved by TRC in May, 2015 for two years, 238 units
Project validity expired May, 2017 (infrastructure improvements on-going)
