New Hanover County’s Technical Review Committee (TRC) will meet Wednesday, April 11, 2018 at 2:00
p.m. in the Lucie Harrell Conference Room (601) of the New Hanover County Government Center
located at 230 Government Center Drive to review/discuss the following:
Covey Commons – 15 residential lots, 6.36 acres (near 7100 block Murrayville Road)
Congleton Farms – 171 lots (includes cell tower lot), 68.9 acres (near 6300 block Myrtle
Grove Road)
Cypress Village (Concept Plan) – 37 units, 5.7 acres (near 6700 block Carolina Beach Road)
2:00 p.m. Item 1: Covey Commons (Revised Performance Plan) – Request by Paramounte Engineering
for Dewitt Three, LLC for TRC to consider preliminary site plan approval of two additional lots
located near the 7100 block of Murrayville Road.
