Community Meeting Notice for
Conditional Use Rezoning
This is a notice of a community information meeting to be held in connection with an upcoming request
by Carolina Beach, LLC on behalf of Bennett Commercial Properties, LLC, the property owner, for a
Conditional Use Rezoning from the current R-15 and B-2 zoning districts to a R-10 conditional use
zoning district, for the purpose of constructing a residential townhome development. The subject
property is approximately 9.14 acres and is located at or near 5308 Carolina Beach Road in New Hanover
County and identified as Parcel ID R07600-006-044-000.
The purpose of the community information meeting is to explain the proposal and answer questions from
meeting attendees.
The meeting will be held at the Best Western hotel located at 5600 Carolina Beach Road, Wilmington,
