RE: Community Meeting for Conditional Zoning Application.
Dear Neighbor:
This is a notice for a community information meeting regarding an upcoming Conditional
Zoning application. Germain Nadaud, property owner is proposing to rezone property located at
Cottonwood Extension and Ervins Place Rd from R20 ZONING DISTRICT to PROPOSED R10
ZONING DISTRICT in order to develop a planned subdivision “Germane Oaks”.
The property is located within the unincorporated areas of New Hanover County and is
subject to the County’s Zoning Ordinance. As part of the rezoning application process, the Zoning
Ordinance requires that a community information meeting is held prior to submitting the official
application to the County. The purpose of the community meeting is to inform nearby residents
and other interested parties about the proposal and to provide an opportunity to learn more or
submit comments and concerns regarding the proposal.
The community information meeting will be held on Monday, October 22, 2018 at 6pm,
at the Main Library, Masonboro Room, 201 Chestnut St. Wilmington NC
