Jarvis Property Restoration
Re: Phase I (Mitigation /Selective Demolition)
Jarvis Property Restoration viewed the water damage located at 322 Shipyard Blvd. Upon completing the walk
through it was determined that the roof system failed from the hi winds from Hurricane Florence, due to the
damaged roof the heavy rains flooded the building within the attic causing water to migrate down to the first floor
affecting an area of approximately 5000sgft.
The following areas have been identified:
Attic- Plywood flooring, insulation under the flooring, wet trusses and supports.
I't floor - Wet drywall, wet ceiling tile, cabinets, carpet, contents and mechanicals.
The following information is respectfully submitted as the necessary means required for stabilizing the structure
and or contents to its pre -loss condition. Please note the below referenced scope of work is based upon
preliminary investigation only. As additional items become apparent the scope and critical path may change.
