Amend the existing contract to include:

• Content manipulation
• Cover and protect contents
• Removal of wet carpet
• Removal of all wet insulation
• Clean all remaining surfaces
• Apply an EPA registered antimicrobial agent to all affected areas
• Setup of dehumidification equipment
