New Hanover County’s Technical Review Committee (TRC) will meet Wednesday, December 12, 2018
at 2:00 p.m. in the Lucie Harrell Conference Room (601) in the New Hanover County Government Center,
230 Government Center Drive to review and discuss the following:
2:00 p.m. Item 1: Windsor Pines - Tracts 4 & 5 (Performance Plan) – Request by Design Solutions
for Southern Destiny for TRC to consider preliminary site plan approval of a 132 lot/unit
residential development located within The Cape subdivision, just north of Snows Cut and
anchored between Carolina Beach and River Roads.
Project History
None on these tracts. A preliminary site plan by the same name was approved by TRC for
82 residential lots back in April of this year.

Cut and near the 7300 block of Carolina Beach Road, east side.

Preliminary plan originally approved by TRC in December, 2014 (two years)
Preliminary plan approved for one-year extension by TRC in December, 2016
Preliminary plan approved for second one-year extension in December, 2017
