Notice is hereby given that a hearing will be held by the
New Hanover County Zoning Board of Adjustment
to consider the following:
Case ZBA-937 – Gregory Alan Heafner, PA, applicant,
on behalf of Zachary and Ashley Paulovits, property owners, is requesting a special exception for reasonable accommodation under the Federal Fair Housing Act per Section 63.11 of the
Zoning Ordinance to allow up to 8 residents in a group home located at 1205 Dotson Court.
This will be a quasi-judicial hearing, open to the public.
Persons with standing may give
evidence and sworn testimony.
