Re: Community Meeting Notice
Conditional Use Re-zoning for 7031 Market Street
The purpose of this meeting is to discuss the proposed re-zoning of the parcel of land
identified as 7031 Market Street, Wilmington, North Carolina from Residential to B-2
Conditional Zoning District. An exhibit of the plan layout and surrounding area is
attached.
The County requires that the property owner hold a meeting for all property owners
within 500 feet of the tract boundary, and any and all other interested parties. This
provides neighbors with an opportunity for explanation of the proposal and for questions
to be answered concerning project improvements, benefits and impacts.
A meeting will be held on Wednesday, September 25th, 2019 at our office located at 330
Military Cutoff Road, suite A-3 from 5:30-6:30 p.m. If you cannot attend, you are also
