Notice
is hereby given that a quasi-judicial hearing will be held by the
New Hanover County Zoning Board of Adjustment
to consider the following:
Case ZBA-941 – Caliber Car Wash Wilmington,
LLC, applicant and owner, is requesting variances from the minimum front yard setback per Section 52.2-4(2), street yard landscaping requirements per Section 62.1-10, parking area screening
requirements per Section 62.1-5(2)(D), minimum side and rear yard setbacks per Section 52.2-4(3), and the buffer strip width requirements per Section 62.1-4(2) of the New Hanover County
Zoning Ordinance. The property is located at 7032 Market Street, Wilmington, NC.
This will be a quasi-judicial hearing, open to the public.
Persons with standing may give evidence
and sworn testimony.
