Paramounte Engineering, Inc. and Logan Developers, Inc. invite you to a community meeting on Monday September 30, 2019 from 6:00-7:00 PM at Anchor Baptist Church. You are receiving this invitation because New Hanover County GIS records indicate you own property near or adjacent to the proposed conditional rezoning property. The County requires that we hold a community meeting with any interested property owners prior to our conditional rezoning application submittal, so please join us and learn about our plans. The subject property is the + 51.39 acre tract of land bordered by Futch Creek Rd., Tibbys Dr., and Shiraz Way and is further identified as New Hanover County Parcels: R03700-001-002-000, R03700-001-006-000, R03700- 001-007-000, R02900-004-009-000, R02900-004-008-000, R02900-004-007-000, R03700-001- 003-000, R02900-004-019-000, R02900-004-010-001, and R02900-004-010-000 Please reference the enclosed preliminary plan for a first look at the project and join us on the 30th for a look at larger scale plans.
