TRC Meeting Schedule - 2020

NEW HANOVER COUNTY TECHNICAL REVIEW COMMITTEE (TRC)
The New Hanover County TRC assists the development community to ensure that plans meet required
technical standards for New Hanover County. The TRC meets twice each month, with the exception
of December. Application deadlines are four weeks prior to each scheduled TRC meeting.

1. Applicants may request to discuss conceptual plans at a TRC meeting prior to submitting an
official application.
2. All regularly scheduled meetings are held on Wednesdays at 2:00 p.m. in the New Hanover
County Government Center, 230 Government Center Drive unless otherwise noted.
3. TRC review comments will be emailed to applicants prior to the scheduled meeting date.
