NON-AGENDA ITEMS Chairman Mathews inquired as to whether anyone from the general public would like to present an item not listed on the Regular Agenda. No items were presented. APPROVAL OF SEWER ALLOCATION TO GREENVILLE PROPERTIES County Engineer, Wyatt Blanchard, reported Mr. Tommie Little, representing Greenville Properties, had requested a sewer allocation of 60,000 gallons per day for a proposed subdivision on U. S. Highway 117 near Wrightsboro. Due to the limited amount of unallocated flow, Staff recommends approval of no more than 20,000 gallons per day at this time. If an additional allocation is received from the City, the remaining 40,000 gallons per day could be considered. Vice-Chairman Barone inquired as to whether there was a chance of receiving an additional allocation from the City? County Engineer Blanchard responded there was always a possibility. Motion: Vice-Chairman Barone MOVED, SECONDED by District Commissioner Greer to approve the 20,000 gallons per day to Greenville Properties as recommended by the Engineering Director. Upon vote, the MOTION CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY. District Commissioner Greer commented on the construction of the new Northside Wastewater Treatment Plant and requested Staff to move forward with this project as quickly as possible.
