MINUTES OF REGULAR MEETING, NOVEMBER 4, 1991

ASSEMBLY
The District Board of Commissioners of the New Hanover County
Water & Sewer District met in Regular Session on Monday, November
4, 1991, at 11:16 o'clock P.M. in the Assembly Room of the New
Hanover County Courthouse, 24 North Third Street, Wilmington, North
Carolina.
Members present were: District commissioners E. L. Mathews,
Jr.; Fred Retchin; William H. sutton; Vice-Chairman Robert G.
Greer; Chairman Jonathan Barfield, Sr.; County Manager, Allen
O'Neal; Assistant County Attorney, Wanda Copley, and Clerk to the
District Board, Lucie F. Harrell.
Chairman Barfield called the meeting to order.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Motion: Vice-Chairman Greer MOV~D, SECONDED by District
Commissioner Retchin to approve the minutes of the Regular Meeting
of October 21, 1991 as presented by the Clerk to the District.
Upon vote, the MOTION CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY.
NON-AGENDA ITEMS
Chairman Barfield asked if anyone present would like to
present an item.
No items were presented.
ADJOURNMENT
Motion: District commissioner
Chairman Greer to adjourn.
UNANIMOUSLY.
Retchin MOVED, SECONDED by Vice-
Upon vote, the MOTION CARRIED
Chairman Barfield adjourned the meeting at 11:18 o'clock P.M.
