the use of said employees and any other persons connected with said work."Carried.
The discussion again came up concerning the grading of eating places in New Hanover
County, with special emphasis on those on the beaches, inasmuch as non-graded or
low graded places at the resorts caused criticism of New Hanover County and par-
ticularly of this department throughout the State. A letter recently received
from Dr. C. C. Applewhite, Director of Local Health Administration, State Board of
Health, Raleigh, North Carolina, was discussed. The Board of Health voiced much
concern over the emplied criticism leveled at this particular phase of the public
health work.
