Vice-Chairman Gottovi called the meeting to orde
stating Chairman O'Shields was unable to attend due to bein
ill and that the meeting had been called for approval of th
minutes approving the Bond Order and Call for Special Bon
Election for the County Sewer System

Blake to approve the minutes of the Special Meeting 0
December 19, 1983 Upon vote the MOTION CARRIED AS FOLLOWS
