ASSEMBLY
A Special Meeting of the New Hanover County Water
and Sewer District was held on Monday, September 17,
1984, at 12 40 o'clock P.M. in the Assembly Room of the
New Hanover County Administration Building, 320 Chestnut
.Street, Wilmington, North Carolina
Members present were Commissioners Donald P
Blake; Nolan O'Neal; Vice-Chairman Karen E Gottovi;
Chairman Claud O'Shields, Jr; County Manager G Felix
Cooper; County Attorney Robert W Pope; and Clerk to the
Board, Lucie F Smith Commissioner Barfield was absent
due to illness
Chairman O'Shields called the Special Meeting to
order stating the purpose of the meeting was to execute
necessary documents for participation by FmHA for
financing

Hanover County Water and Sewer District to abide by the
requirements of FmHA Instructions 194217(q), Borrower
Accounting Methods, Management Reporting and Audits
