He stated a meeting had been schedule . th Standard & Poor's Corporation and Moody's Investment rvices in New York on May 30 & 31, 1985, to establish a credi ting which would require the attendance of at least on 'strict Commissioner and other members of Staff asking th mmissioners to mark their calendars DATE ON PHASE I OF THE COUNTY SEWER SYSTEM Director of Engineering & Facilities, Ed Hilton, gave a date on the progress of Phase I of the County Sewer Syste ating the first phase was broken down into three areas Are - South of Eastwood Road and North of Bradley Creek statin is area has been designed and would be let for bid within 60-9 ys; Area II - South of Bradley Creek between Bradley Creek an wlett's Creek which is currently under design; and Area III wlett's Creek to drainage basin at Whiskey Creek which will g der design after completion of Area II He stated the projec s progressing well and was on schedule Engineer Hilton commented on the expansion of the Treatmen P ant stating it is currently under design and should be full c nstructed and operational by July I, 1987 JOURNMENT Commissioner Dolan MOVED, SECONDED t ad journ the meeting Upon vote, F LLOWS by Commissioner Barfiel the MOTION CARRIED A Voting Aye Commissioner Barfield Commissioner Dolan Commissioner O'Neal Chairman a'Shields, Jr Absent Commissioner Retchin Chairman O'Shields adjourned the meeting at 11 04 o'cloc A M rDPec;;Z::::d' ~ F Harrell Clerk r
