SEMBLY
A regular meeting of the New Hanover County Water
and Sewer District was held on Monday, July 22, 1985, at
9 00 o'clock A M in the Assembly Room of the New
Hanover County Administration Building, 320 Chestnut
Street, Wilmington, North Carolina.
District Members present were Commissioners
Jonathan Barfield, Sr; John Dolan; Fred Retchin; Nolan
O'Neal; Chairman Claud O'Shields, Jr; County Manager,
G Felix Cooper; County Attorney, Robert W Pope; and
Clerk to the Board, Lucie F Harrell
Chairman O'Shields called the Regular Meeting to
order
PROVAL OF MINUTES

Commissioner Dolan to approve the minutes
Meeting of June 17, 1985, as presented.

APPROVAL OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR PHASE I, AREA I
OF NEW HANOVER COUNTY WATER & SEWER DISTRICT
Commissioner Retchin MOVED, SECONDED by
Commissioner Barfield to approve the plans and
specifications as submitted for Phase, I, Area I of the
New Hanover County Water & Sewer District as required by
FmHA. Upon vote, the MOTION CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY
A copy of the plans and specifications are on file
in the Clerk's office.
APPROVAL OF 1985-86 BUDGET ORDINANCE FOR THE NEW HANOVER
COUNTY WATER & SEWER DISTRICT
Commissioner Dolan MOVED, SECONDED by Commissioner
Retchin to approve the 1985-86 Budget Ordinance for the
Water & Sewer District in the amount of $1,614,026
Upon vote, the MOTION CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY

Exhibit Book I, Page 22
