Dear Neighbors:
This is a notice for a community information meeting for an upcoming request by my client,
Gordon Storage, LLC, the applicant, on behalf of The Charles Rudolph Clay, Sr. and Essie
Waddell Clay Revocable Living Trust, the property owners, for a rezoning from R-15 to CZ-B-2,
for a self-storage facility.
The subject property totals approximately 5.12 acres and is located at 4615 Gordon Road, and
is identified as New Hanover County Tax Parcel ID No. R04300-001-007-0000. The subject
property is shown outlined in red and labeled as ‘Subject Property’ on the attached exhibit
map. Also attached to this notice is a preliminary site plan of the proposed project.
The purpose of the community information meeting is to explain the proposal and answer
questions from meeting attendees. This meeting is also open to the general public.
The community meeting will be held at the Ogden Baptists Church located at 7121 Market
Street, Wilmington, NC 28411, from 5:30 to 6:30 on Monday, October 5, 2020.
