Dear Mr. Meredith:
I have included my responses to the comments from the New Hanover County TRC as follows:
1. Planning – Ron Meredith 910-798-7441 (Spoke morning of October 21, 2020)
a. Building height added to site plan in data table
b. Added data table
c. Added note regarding the parking calculations
d. I added parking around the foundation and square footages in landscape areas.
e. We added notes to the site plan regarding airport overlay district
2. Fire Services – Raymond Griswold 910-508-0234 (number listed on comment sheet is incorrect) – spoke on
morning of October 21, 2020
a. The hydrant is shown on the site plan and should satisfy any concerns
3. NHC Engineering, Jim Ianucci 910-798-7142 (out of town until next week, left message and spoke to Tim –
assistant, on morning of October 21, 2020)
a. I am submitting a stormwater permit application through the city via electronic means. We will also be
submitting a minor modification to the stormwater permit. Our site follows the original master plan
which Talbert has provided a copy.
4. Cape Fear Public Utility Authority, Bernice Johnson 910-332-6620
a. Submitted plans and application.
5. Asked during meeting on process for some of the other agencies that we have not received comments from and
if they have their own process. Have been contacting other agencies regarding process. CFPUA submitted.
Stormwater will be submitted on 11/20 as we were told it was better to submit both the FBO and Fuel Farm as
one package.
