Gentlemen:
Reiterating our conversation of April 28, 1986, it is our preference to have
some form of payment arrangements assuring us payment within designated terms of
net 30 days from date of invoice. You felt joint check payment arrangement
issued by the authorities of New Hanover County would be an acceptable
arrangement and we are issuing this letter to obtain concurrence from all
concerned parties. Hence, we will be issuing an invoice in the amount of
$48,697.00 to your firm and will be sending a copy to New Hanover County Water
and Sewer District. They, in turn, will issue a joint check payment issued to
RWF, Inc., and Smith & Loveless, Inc., in the amount of $48,697.00, which is to
be paid within our terms of net 30.
You will find below a space provided for appropriate signatures. We will
anticipate receipt of a validated copy of this letter as soon as possible.
