RESOLUTION
OF THE
DISTRICT COMMISSIONERS
NEW HANOVER COUNTY
WATER AND SEWER DISTRICT
WHEREAS, New Hanover County Water and Sewer District
has
prepared
specifications
and
contract
documents
for
construction of Phase II of its interceptor and pump stations
sewage collections system, and
WHEREAS, New Hanover County Water and Sewer District is
prepared and ready to seek bids and proposals from construction
contractors interested in the construction of this project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the New Hanover
County Water and Sewer District shall, pursuant to North Carolina
General Statutes 143-129, immediately seek proposals which shall
be invited by advertisement in newspaper and other publications
as by law provided.
Adopted this 6th day of February, 1989.
