PLANNING – BRAD SCHULER 910-798-7444
1. It appears the caliper inches of the trees are inconsistently listed in the Plant Schedule
and Landscape Requirements tables (one states 3”, the other 1.5-2”).
RESPONSE: The plant schedule has been revised to now show a minimum
caliper size of 3”, which is now consistent with the requirements table.
2. The number of parking lot interior landscaping trees listed in the Landscape
Requirements table does not appear to match the number shown on the plan.
RESPONSE: A label has been added to now reflect an accurate number of Trident
Maple’s which are the interior lot tree used on site. There are 4 islands, with 8
proposed trees in the interior of the site, with a minimum of 1 in each island.

RESPONSE: We are currently working with NHC Engineering to revise plans
based on their comments.

1. To name the loop road on the master plan located around properties P1-P5 - contact
John Townsend – jtownsend@nhcgov.com.
RESPONSE: We have recently received direction from the Airport, and they would
like to name the internal roads “National Way,” and “Braniff Lane.” We’ve
recently contacted John Townsend about the proposed names and are awaiting
his response.
