F Harrell.
Chairman O'Shields called the meeting to order.

Vice-Chairman Barfield MOVED, SECONDED by Commissioner Dola
t approve the minutes of the Regular Meeting of March 24, 1986,
a presented and the minutes of the Regular Meeting of April 21,
1 86, as presented. Upon vote, the MOTION CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY.
PROVAL OF CHANGE ORDER NO. 1 - CAPE FEAR ELECTRIC COMPANY

OPTION OF AMENDMENTS TO COUNTY SEWER USE ORDINANCE AS REQUESTE
B THE CITY OF WILMINGTON

S CONDED by Commissioner O'Neal to adopt amendments to the Count
S wer Use Ordinance as requested by the City of Wilmington.
