The New Hanover County Water and Sewer District me in
Special Session on December 1, 1986, at 7:37 o'clock P.M. in
the Assembly Room of the New Hanover County Administra on
Building, 320 Chestnut Street, Wilmington, North Carolin
District Members present were: Commissioners W. Al rt
Corbett, Jr.; John Dolan; Nolan O'Neal; Fred Retc n;
Chairman, Jonathan Barfield, Sr.; County Manager, G. F ix
Cooper; County Attorney, Robert W. Pope; and Clerk to he
