Nolan O'Neal; Fred Retchin; Vice-Chairman, W. Alber
Corbett, Jr; Chairman, Jonathan Barfield, Sr.; Count
Manager, G. Felix Cooper; County Attorney, Robert W. Pope
and Clerk to the Board, Lucie F. Harrell.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES

Dolan to approve the minutes of
September 21, 1987 as presented.

Upon vote, the MOTIO
WAIVER OF WASTE TREATMENT IMPACT FEE FOR
VOLUNTEER FIRE DEPARTMENT
Commissioner Retchin MOVED, SECONDED by Vice-Chairma
Corbett to waive the required impact fee of $281.25 fo
construction of the South Wilmington Volunteer Fir
Department since this is a voluntary group which serves
public. Upon vote, the MOTION CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY.

WAIVER OF EARLY ALLOCATION FEE - WRIGHTSVILLE BEACH FI
DEPARTMENT'S CLUBHOUSE LOCATED ON ALLEN'S LANE
Commissioner Retchin MOVED, SECONDED by Vice-Chairma
Corbett to approve waiver of an early allocation fee for th
Wrightsville Beach Fire Department's Clubhouse located 0
Allen's Lane due to septic tank problems. The facility i
used for public meetings and, when necessary, as a
emergency evacuation center. Upon vote, the MOTION CARRIE
UNANIMOUSLY.
ADJOURNMENT
Commissioner Retchin MOVED, SECONDED by Vice-Chairma
Corbett to adjourn. Upon vote, the MOTION CARRIE
UNANIMOUSLY.
Chairman Barfield adjourned the meeting at 11:5
o'clock A.M.
