ZONING AREA NO. 5 THE NEW HANOVER COUNTY ZONING AREA NO. 5 IS DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: Beginning at a point in the southeastern right-of-way line of U.S. Highway 17, said beginning point being the intersection of the New Hanover County- Pender County Line (at the northern end of New Hanover County) with the said southeastern right-of-way line of U.S. Highway 17; thence from said beginning point along, and with the afarementioned New Hanover County-Pender County Line in a southeastwardly direction approximately 7,:)00 feet to a point in the center- line of Futch Creek; th;once along and with thz! centerline of Futch Creek (which for this portion is tho NEE, Hanover County-Pender County Lina) as it meanders in a southeastwardly direction to its intersection with the centerline of the Intra- coastal Waterway; thence leaving the said Now Hanover County-Pender County Line and proceeding along and with the centerline of the Intracoastal Waterway in a southwastwardly direction approximately 145,000 feet to a point, said point being the intersection of the centerline of the Intracoastal Waterway with the centerline of Pages Creek, said point being further described as being in the northeastern boundary of New Hanover County Zoning Aren No. 3. ZONING, DISTRICTS OF ZONING AREA NO. 5 ZONING AREA NO. 5 is hereby divided into the following zoning districtst R-15 RESIDINTIAL DISTRICT The herein delineated area described as Zoning Area No. 5 shall be designated as R-15 (Residential), except those areas specifically designated as any other zoning district.
