Chairman Barfield called the Special Session to order.

LECTION OF CHAIRMAN
Chairman Barfield opened the floor to receive nomination
or Chairman of the District Board for the coming year.
District Commissioner Retchin nominated Chairman Barfield.
There being no further nominations,
eclared the nominations closed.

ewer District by acclamation.
