Chairman Barfield called the meeting to order. No items were presented. PROVAL OF CONTRACT #W&S-90-0430 WITH PORTERS NECK COMPANY, INC. R DISTRICT PARTICIPATION IN THE CONSTRUCTION OF SEWER ERCEPTOR LINES County Engineer, Wyatt Blanchard, stated the developer for P rters Neck Plantation, Porters Neck Company, Inc. , is r questing the Water & Sewer District to consider participating i the construction of the sewer interceptor line extension along H ghway 17 from Bayshore Drive to and along Porters Neck Road to t e project. The interceptor system will include approximately 2 ,800 feet of gravity line, force main, and two pump stations. T e system will serve a portion of properties on U. S. Highway 17 a will be expandable to serve most of the highway from Bayshore t the Pender County Line.
