Members present were: District Commissioner W. Albert Corbett, Jr. District Commissioner Nolan O'Neal District Commissioner Fred Retchin Vice-Chairman E. L. Mathews, Jr. Chairman Jonathan Barfield, Sr. Chairman Barfield called the meeting to order. GOSLEE & ASSOCIATE PERFORM SURVEY WORK FOR THE WRIGHTSBORO PLUMBIN EHABILITATION ASSISTANCE PROJECT County Engineer, Wyatt Blanchard, stated in order to sav oney, the County will perform the design work for constructio f this portion of the sewer system in-house; therefore, fiel urvey work must be completed. He stated the following proposal ave been received and recommended award of the contract to t ow bidder, Robert H. DSCUSSION OF DRAINAGE PROBLEMS CREATED WITH INSTALLATION OF THE S R LINE IN WINDEMERE SUBDIVISION AND GREEN MEADOWS SUBDIVISION Vice-Chairman Mathews asked if the Department of T ansportation has been contacted with reference to piping in the d tch for Mr. Doug Bridges, a resident of Windemere Subdivision? County Engineer, Wyatt Blanchard, stated the District Board h s contacted the Department of Transportation (DOT) for a sistance. As of this date, DOT has agreed to regrade the ditch b t is not allowed under State regulations to install the d ainage pipe. The Bridges are not satisfied with regrading of t e ditch; therefore, the District cannot be of any further a sistance since all property must be restored to DOT standards. County Attorney Pope commented on the Cole property located i Green Meadows Subdivision stating the contractor has contacted h s office informing him that negotiations are being made with M .
