Chairman Barfield called the meeting to order.

APPROVAL OF AMENDMENT TO CONTRACT :!tW&S-90-0142 WITH ESPEY, BUS
COMPANY, INC. FOR PROVIDING ENGINEERING SERVICES TO DETERMINE
COST OF FUNDING ONLY THE MAJOR INTERCEPTOR SYSTEM
Finance Director of the Water & Sewer District, Al
Mozingo, requested approval of an amendment to the March 19
Sewer System Feasibility Study with Espey, Huston Company, I
for services to be rendered in determining the cost
constructing the interceptor system.
Chairman Barfield expressed concern for presenting
contract as an additional item without giving the District Bo
ample time to review the document. He requested Staff in
future to place items of this type on the Regular Agenda.
Motion: After further discussion, District Commissioner Rete in
MOVED, SECONDED by District commissioner 0' Neal to approve he
contract as presented. Upon vote, the MOTION CARR ED
UNANIMOUSLY.
A copy of the contract is on file in the County Manage's
office.
