MINUTES OF THE NEW HANOVER COUNTY WATER & SEWER DISTRICT

ASUEMBLY
The District Board of Commissioners of the New Hanover
Co nty Water & Sewer District met in Regular Session on Monday,
Ju e 4, 1990, at 9:41 o'clock P.M. in the Assembly Room of the

District Commissioner Robert G. Greer
District Commissioner Nolan O'Neal
District Commissioner Fred Retchin
Vice-Chairman E. L. Mathews, Jr.
Chairman Jonathan Barfield, Sr.
Chairman Barfield called the meeting to order.

EPTANCE OF EXISTING SEWER SYSTEM LOCATED IN WINDEMERE
DIVISION AND APPROVAL OF CONTRACT #W&S-90-0160 WITH WINDEMERE
LOPMENT CORPORATION
County Engineer, Wyatt Blanchard, stated Windemere
D velopment Corporation, the owner of the sewer system located on
G egory Road, has requested the District to accept the system.
T e owner will pay all costs except for the final connection
