The District Board of Commissioners of the New Hanover Coun
W ter & Sewer District met in Regular Session on Monday, Januar
7 1991, at 8:31 o'clock P.M. in the Assembly Room of the Ne
H nover County Courthouse, 24 North Third Street, Wilmington,
N rth Carolina.
Members present were:

PROVAL OF REQUEST BY CAPE FEAR UTILITIES FOR A VARIANCE OF SEW
QUIREMENT IN ROGERS SUBDIVISION (SECOND PROPOSAL)
County Engineer, Wyatt Blanchard, presented backgroun

Mr. Kenneth Shanklin, the attorney representing Cape Fear
Utilities, stated since refiling the petition for the sewer

Rogers Road northwardly to Westbrook, eastwardly to the watl r
tank with two manholes on site. At this point, the mobile ho e
can be installed on-site in order to house the watchman who will
protect the water tank. Also, a water line will be installed f r
the Rogers family running west from the water tank.
After discussion of the proposed agreement presented
Attorney Shanklin being satisfactory to all parties involved,
action was required.
EXECUTION OF DOT ENCROACHMENT AGREEMENTS
