V' ce-Chairman Greer to convene to Executive Session to consult
w th the County Attorney as stated under GS143-381.11 in order to
d scuss a pending contract matter. Upon vote, the MOTION CARRIED
U ANIMOUSLY.
Chairman Barfield convened to Executive Session at 9:54

C mmissioner Retchin to reconvene to Regular Session. Upon vote,
