Upon vot he MOTION CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY. UTHORIZATION FOR STAFF TO GRANT A DRY SEWER EXEMPTION UPON PROVAL BY THE COUNTY ATTORNEY County Engineer, Wyatt Blanchard, stated Mr. Julian D. County Attorney Pope expressed concern as whether or not t,e equest will violate state law as to the division of properti~s n a subdivision which is applicable in this case.
