Courthouse, 24 North Third Street, Wilmington, North Carolina.
Members present were:
District commissioner E. L. Mathews, Jr.
District Commissioner Fred Retchin
District commissioner William H. Sutton
Vice-Chairman Robert G. Greer
Chairman Jonathan Barfield, Sr.
Chairman Barfield called the meeting to order and stated 0
items were placed on the agenda; however, since the meeting h s
been advertised, he would like to know if anyone present wouQd
like to present an item.
