District met in Regular Session on Monday, May 20, 1991, at 12:10
o'clock A.M. in the Assembly Room of the New Hanover Coun y
Courthouse, 24 North Third Street, wilmington, North Carolina. ~
Members present were: District Commissioners E. L. Mathew ,
Fred Retchin; William H. sutton; Vice-Chairman Robert .
Greer; Chairman Jonathan Barfield, Sr.; County Manager, AII*n

Chairman Barfield called the meeting to order.

County Engineer, Wyatt Blanchard, stated Mr. Eugene Hansl y

County Engineer, Wyatt Blanchard, presented the followiIj19
ist of proposed sewer systems and requested acceptance of thesl~
ystems in accordance with the Sewer Ordinance. The sew~~
ystems will not be accepted until all required construction is
ompleted and all documents are executed as required. I
